How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery typically takes 2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same day via FedEx 2Day Air (excluding weekends). Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.

Note: For pre-sale or backordered products, delivery times may vary depending on availability and estimated arrival windows.

Where Does PETL Ship?

We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States, and select international locations.

Shipping restrictions may apply due to regional laws, hazmat classifications, or delivery limitations imposed by local carriers.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

We primarily ship via FedEx. In select cases, we may use other carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery based on your location.

Will All Items Arrive Together?

We make every effort to ship your items in a single package. However, orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. A separate tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel and resubmit your order with the correct address within 60 minutes of placing it.

Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Shipping Errors and Responsibility

  • If an order is canceled more than 1 hour after placement, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
  • If the shipping address entered by the customer is incorrect and results in delivery failure or package loss, PETL is not liable for replacement or refund.
  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply based on our Return Policy.
